Elizabeth Major gives a "rock on" sign while getting a new tattoo from Dalton Capozza during InkFest. Capozza recently opened Capozza's Custom Ink in Green River, and was one of many tattoo artists at InkFest. The annual event drew large crowds to the Sweetwater Events Complex last weekend.
