Green River Police Department reports for March 3
At 7:55 a.m., officers responded to a report of juveniles in possession of alcohol. Officers met with the juveniles and issued citations. One juvenile was issued a citation for alleged underage possession/alcohol and the other three juveniles were issued citations for alleged underage consumption. Officers completed a report of the incident.
At 8:27 a.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.
At 10:47 a.m., officers responded to a report of a larceny at Smith's. Officers were able to locate the suspect, Anthony Greene, inside a residence and placed him under arrest for alleged theft: deprive - under $1,000 and unlawful entry into an occupied structure. Greene was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and issued a citation for alleged theft: deprive - under $1,000. Officers completed a report of the incident.

At 6:05 p.m., officers responded to a report of a dog at large. Officers met with the owner, Joshua Shafe, and issued him a citation for alleged animal at large.
March 4
At 10:14 a.m., officers responded to a report of a juvenile in possession of tobacco. Officers met with the juvenile, issued them a citation for alleged use/possession of tobacco by minor, and completed a report of the incident.
At 10:29 a.m., officers responded to a report of trespassing.
At 4:35 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.
March 5
At 9:14 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration.
At 12:38 p.m., officers responded to a report of fraud.
At 12:54 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration.
At 4:04 p.m., officers responded to a report of a runaway.
At 9:32 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Steven Rice, citations for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration, drive while license suspended - 2nd+ offense, and compulsory auto insurance - 2nd+ offense. At 1:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision in the area of E Flaming Gorge Way. Officers met with both drivers and determined vehicle one was traveling on E Flaming Gorge Way when vehicle two made a left-hand turn in front of vehicle one, causing a collision. The driver of vehicle two, Ann Desch, was issued a citation for an alleged left turn at intersections violation and officers completed a report of the incident.
At 1:36 p.m., officers responded to a report of trespassing.
At 4:05 p.m., officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision in the area of Uinta Drive on the overpass. Officers met with both drivers and determined vehicle one had lost control due to weather and spun around, hitting the median. Vehicle two was traveling behind vehicle one and did not have time to stop, causing a collision. The driver of vehicle one, Braiden Hadley, was issued citations for alleged speed too fast for conditions, and compulsory auto insurance violation - 1st offense. The driver of vehicle two, Ellie Phillips, was issued citations for alleged compulsory auto insurance violation - 1st offense, and valid certificate of title, certificate of registration, and license plates required. Officers completed a report of the incident.

At 1:28 a.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.
At 10:11 a.m., officers responded to a report of trespassing.
At 11:11 a.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.

At 11:41 a.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with active warrants. Officers met with the individual, Davide Hartford, and placed him under arrest for the warrants. Hartford initially refused arrest and was combative towards officers, resulting in an additional charge of alleged interference with peace officer - intent and knowingly attempt to cause bodily injury to a peace officer. Hartford was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and officers completed a report of the incident.
At 11:55 a.m., officers, while on the above warrant call, took a report of domestic violence. Officers located the suspect, Davide Hartford, and placed him under arrest for the warrants as well as alleged domestic battery - 2nd offense within five years. Hartford was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and officers completed a report of the incident.
At 3:01 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.
At 6:16 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.
At 6:51 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers met with the reporting party who advised an individual had come to her residence intoxicated and was causing a disturbance. Officers located the individual, Thera Siler, and after investigation placed her under arrest for alleged public intoxication. Siler was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center where she was issued a citation for the above offense, and officers completed a report of the incident.
At 7:49 p.m., officers responded to a report of trespassing.
At 8:41 p.m., officers responded to a report of a hit and run.
March 9
At 3:11 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.
At 12:38 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.
At 4:36 p.m., officers responded to a report of two individuals riding dirt bikes on the Green Belt. Officers met with the individuals, both juveniles, and issued them each a citation for alleged off-road vehicle operation (hillclimbing). Officers completed a report of the incident.

March 10
At 2:36 a.m. and 4:33 a.m., officers responded to reports of subject removals.
At 8:22 a.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.
At 9:38 a.m., officers responded to a report of a missing person.
At 11:21 a.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with an active warrant. Officers located the individual, William Duncan, and placed him under arrest per the warrant. Duncan was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and officers completed a report of the incident.
