Green River Police Department reports for Jan. 28

At 3:36 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

At 8:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.

Jan. 29

At 4:10 a.m., officers responded to a report of a hit and run. Officers later issued citations to Cody Allen for alleged failure of duty upon colliding with unattended vehicle or property and unauthorized use of vehicle.

At 1:14 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.

At 2:16 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.

At 3:31 p.m., officers responded to a two-vehicle collision in the area of Jensen Street and Uinta Drive. Officers determined the first vehicle had turned from Jensen onto Uinta, colliding with the second vehicle. Officers issued the driver of the first vehicle, Brittany Birmingham, a citation for alleged inattentive driving with crash and completed a report of the incident.

At 4:23 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

Jan. 30

At 6:31 a.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

At 8:16 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 8:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.

At 4:55 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

At 5:27 p.m., officers while on another call for service came into contact with an individual with an active warrant. Officers placed Ulises Marin Vargas under arrest per the active warrant and transported him to the Sweetwater County Detention Center. Officers completed a report of the incident.

At 6:36 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration.

At 11:16 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Bryan Barney, a citation for an alleged compulsory auto insurance violation - first offense. Officers also issued warnings for an alleged stop sign violation and a turn at intersections - right turn violation.

At 11:41 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged speed - generally.

At 11:52 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

Jan. 31

At 6:01 a.m., officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision in the area of N 4th W Street and W Railroad Avenue. Officers determined the driver of the first vehicle had run a stop sign, colliding with the second vehicle. Officers issued the driver of the first vehicle, Mary Chavez, a citation for an alleged stop sign violation and completed a report of the incident.

At 1:02 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged speed - generally.

At 3:23 p.m., officers responded to a report of a hit and run.

At 3:45 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.

At 4:28 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged speed - generally.

At 4:55 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.

At 6:16 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.

At 7:22 p.m., officers responded to a report of an animal bite.

February 1

At 9:17 a.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.

At 10:44 a.m., officers responded to a report of a subject removal.

At 10:50 a.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

At 3:13 p.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.

At 5:49 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.

At 8:30 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Andrew Stocks, citations for an alleged vehicle turning left at intersection yield to approaching traffic violation and a compulsory auto insurance violation - first offense.

At 10:42 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration.

At 10:46 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and after investigation found the driver to be under the influence. Officers placed the driver, Roselin Goglio, under arrest for alleged DWUI alcohol incapable of safely driving. Goglio was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center where she was issued a citation for the above offense and officers completed a report of the incident. Officers also issued a warning for an alleged turn signals required violation.

At 11:07 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration.

At 11:51 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged cross center line.

Feb. 2

At 1:04 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged improper lane usage.

At 1:58 a.m., officers responded to a call for service and made contact with an individual who had been driving and was found to be intoxicated. Officers placed the driver, Mark Petzold, under arrest for DWUI Alcohol Incapable of Safely Driving and transported him to the Sweetwater County Detention Center where he was issued a citation for the above offense. Officers completed a report of the incident.

At 9:10 a.m., officers responded to a report of vandalism.

At 2:02 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

At 4:12 p.m., officers responded to a report of a tobacco offense.

At 4:14 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration.

At 8:55 p.m., officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle.
