Christmas Art champion

Congratulations to Roselina Owens for being the Grand Prize Winner of this year's Christmas Art Contest! Owens is a fifth grader at Washington Elementary. The Christmas art contest is judged by an impartial third-party judge, and the grand champion receives a prize of $50. A special thanks goes out to Sweetwater County School District No. 2 schools and to all the students who submitted their artwork.
