At 12:30 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged stop sign violation.

At 7:47 a.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.

At 8:13 a.m., officers responded to a report of assault.

At 8:46 a.m., officers responded to a report of a subject removal.

At 1:14 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged stop sign violation.

At 3:44 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged speeding in a school zone.

At 6:50 p.m., officers responded to a report of burglary.

At 10:04 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.

Oct. 16

At 9:19 a.m., officers responded to a report of drugs.

At 10:42 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Barbara Quitberg, a citation for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration.

At 2:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a tobacco offense.

At 2:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of burglary.

At 4:02 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.

At 4:24 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.

At 4:42 p.m., officers responded to a report of fraud.

At 5:24 p.m., officers responded to a report of an animal bite.

Special GRPD report:

On October 16 at approximately 12:01, Sweetwater County Combined Communications received an active shooter threat for Green River High School. School Resource Officers and School District staff were quickly able to determine that the threat was a hoax that was received by multiple districts throughout the State. Lunch was in session at the High School at the time that the threat was received, so all outer perimeter doors were locked as a precaution. No other disruption to normal activities took place for the school, and the school returned to normal operations.

Oct. 17

At 9:34 a.m., officers responded to a report of assault.

At 9:50 a.m., officers responded to a report of an animal bite.

At 10:35 a.m., officers responded to a report of a dog at large. Officers located the dog and issued the owner, Jennifer Black, a citation for alleged animal at large.

At 1:33 p.m., officers responded to a report of a runaway.

At 10:24 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired.

Oct. 18

At 8:08 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued warnings for alleged speeding in a school zone and windshield wipers required.

At 8:27 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Felicia Hafner, a citation for alleged speeding in school zone.

At 8:44 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged speeding in a school zone.

At 11:15 a.m., officers responded to a report of two dogs at large. Officers located the dogs and issued the owner, Emily Gomez, two citations for alleged animal at large - second offense.

At 2:29 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged stop sign violation.

At 3:17 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, John Schmidt, a citation for an alleged compulsory auto insurance violation - first offense. Officers also issued a warning for an alleged valid certificate of title, certificate of registration, and license plates required violation.

At 4:07 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Ronnie Ford, a citation for alleged turn signals required. Officers also issued a warning for an alleged stop sign violation.

At 4:57 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Davis Tate, citations for an alleged child safety restraint system violation - first offense, and valid certificate of title, certificate of registration, and license plates required.

At 6:23 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.

At 6:35 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.

At 8:38 p.m., officers responded to a report of assault.

Oct. 19

At 12:02 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 4:47 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged valid certificate of title, certificate of registration, and license plates required.

At 5:25 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Edgar Pena, citations for an alleged stop sign violation and no valid driver's license, MC endorsement, instruction/intermediate permits, expired driver's license, work permit. Officers also issued a warning for an alleged windshield wipers required violation.

At 5:36 p.m., officers came in contact with an individual with an active warrant. Officers placed Michelle Lamorie under arrest per the active warrant and transported her to the Sweetwater County Detention Center. Officers completed a report of the incident. 

At 5:52 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

At 9:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a hit and run.

At 10:58 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

Oct. 20

At 1:28 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers met with the involved parties who advised one of the individuals, Chad Manley, was intoxicated and causing a disturbance. Officers placed Manley under arrest for alleged public intoxication, transported him to the Sweetwater County Detention Center, issued a citation, and completed a report of the incident.

At 9:52 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Krystal Wright, citations for alleged drive while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and compulsory auto insurance - second offense. Officers also issued a warning for alleged driver's view obstructed.

At 3:04 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and found the driver to have an active warrant. Officers placed the driver, Austin Dimick, under arrest per the active warrant. Dimick was also issued citations for alleged driving while license suspended - second offense, drive without interlock device: driving privileges restricted by court or law - first offense, and driving while 24/7 restricted license is revoked - second+ offense. Officers transported Dimick to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed a report of the incident. 

At 3:43 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued warnings for an alleged compulsory auto insurance violation - first offense and valid certificate of title, certificate of registration, and license plates required.

At 4:32 p.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.
