Green River Police Department reports for Aug. 29

At 3:35 p.m, officers responded to a report of a scam.

At 6:31 p.m., officers responded to a report of a hit and run.

At 9:36 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged tail lights required violation.

At 9:36 p.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with an active warrant. Officers located the individual, Elicia Apostolope, placed her under arrest, and transported her to the Sweetwater County Detention Center. Officers completed a report of the incident. 

At 10:39 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 11:12 p.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with an active warrant. Officers located the individual, Bryce Archibald, and placed him under arrest per the warrant. Archibald initially resisted arrest and was issued a citation for alleged interference with peace officer. Officers then transported Archibald to the Sweetwater County Detention Center where he was found to be in possession of narcotics. Archibald was issued an additional citation for alleged possess controlled substance - powder or crystal - 3 grams or less and officers completed a report of the incident. 

Aug. 30

At 5:39 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

At 6:07 p.m., officers responded to a report of property damage.

At 6:11 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.

At 9:39 p.m., officers responded to a report of dogs at large and issued the owner, Brett Hood, two citations for alleged animal at large.

At 11:04 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

Aug. 31

At 1:55 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for making an improper turn and failing to maintain a single lane of travel. Officers determined the driver, Reynaldo Cavasos, to be under the influence and placed him under arrest. Cavasos was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center; issued citations for alleged compulsory auto insurance - first offense; turn at intersections - right turns; and DUI alcohol = to > .08% - first offense within 10 years. Officers completed a report of the incident.

At 12:07 p.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.

At 7:25 p.m., officers responded to a report of an alcohol offense.

At 8:34 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged headlights - one on each side violation.

September 1

At 5:08 a.m., officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle.

Sept. 2

At 3:39 a.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

At 9:45 a.m., officers responded to a report of burglary.

At 12:22 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.

At 3:38 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued warnings for alleged speeding - superintendent's speed zone (6+ mph over) and failure to display license plate on rear of vehicle.

At 8:35 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 11 p.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with an active warrant. Officers located the individual, Stephany Leasor, and placed her under arrest per the active warrant. Leasor was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and officers completed a report of the incident.

Sept. 3

At 12:28 p.m., officers responded to a report of a tobacco offense.

At 1:16 p.m., officers responded to a report of stalking.

At 1:57 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued warnings for alleged mirror required and muffler required violations.

At 2:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a scam.

At 2:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

At 6:47 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.

At 8:52 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 9:20 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.

Sept. 4

At 9:45 a.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.

At 11:59 a.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.

At 2:22 p.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with an arrest and hold order. Officers located the individual, Antonio Munoz, and placed him under arrest. Officers transported Munoz to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed a report of the incident.

At 3:25 p.m., officers responded to a report of drugs.

At 4:41 p.m., officers responded to a report of littering.

At 4:55 p.m., officers responded to a report of a missing person.

Sept. 5

At 8:23 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Jennifer Osborn, a citation for alleged speeding in school zone.

At 8:43 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged obedience to traffic-control device violation.

At 9:12 a.m., officers responded to a report of fraud.

At 9:44 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged right of way for emergency vehicle violation.

At 10:51 a.m., officers responded to a report of a dog bite. Officers met with the victim who advised they had been bitten by a dog. Officers located the owner of the dog, Chad Frazier, issued him a citation for alleged vicious animal, and completed a report of the incident.

At 11:13 a.m., officers responded to a report of a juvenile in possession of tobacco. Officers met with the juvenile, issued a citation for alleged use/possession of tobacco by a minor, and completed a report of the incident.

At 12:28 p.m., officers responded to a report of an animal bite.

At 1:36 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

At 5:55 p.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.

At 7:39 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

At 7:59 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

Sept. 6

At 12:03 a.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.

At 8:01 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Dilma Ramos Coz, a citation for alleged permit non-licensed person to drive car. Officers also issued a warning for alleged speeding in a school zone.

At 8:19 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged speeding.

At 8:57 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged speeding.

At 12:28 p.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with an active warrant. Officers located the individual, Devon Wilson, and placed him under arrest per the active warrant. Wilson was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and officers completed a report of the incident.

At 1:24 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

At 1:53 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

At 2:08 p.m., officers responded to a report of a hit and run.
