Wolves Tennis team takes on Kelly Walsh and Natrona County

Last weekend the Green River High School Tennis team competed against Kelly Walsh and Natrona County.

Head Tennis Coach Phil Harder commented at the beginning of the week that they would have lots of time for practice without any matches before taking on the Casper schools on Friday and Saturday. The practice seemed to pay off as there were a lot of competitive matches despite some one-sided team scores.

On Friday, the boys team defeated Kelly Walsh 3-2, while the Lady Wolves fell to Kelly Walsh 5-0. On Saturday, the boys were victorious again, beating Natrona County 3-2. The girls had one victory but still ended up losing to Natrona County 4-1.

This week, the Wolves will take on Rawlins today at 3 p.m. and face off against Laramie on Saturday.
