July 3
At 2:11 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued warnings for alleged speeding and a tail lights required violation.
At 2:14 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. While investigating the disturbance call, officers located items of drug paraphernalia. Officers issued Thera Siler a citation for alleged paraphernalia (possession with intent to use) and completed a report of the incident.
At 9:21 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for an alleged valid certificate of title, certificate of registration, and license plates required violation.
At 9:59 a.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.

At 6:48 p.m., officers responded to a report of a physical disturbance. Upon arrival officers met with two parties who had been in a physical altercation. Officers gathered statements from witnesses and involved parties and placed Melissa Rohwedder under arrest for alleged breach of peace. Officers transported Rohwedder to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed a report of the incident.
At 7:31 p.m., officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash at the Uinta overpass. Officers met with both drivers who stated that both vehicles were traveling northbound when the second vehilce attempted to merge into the first vehicle's lane of travel. The vehicles collided, causing damage to both. Officers issued the driver of the second vehicle, Kenneth Litster, citations for alleged driving vehicle within single lane and compulsory auto insurance violation - first offense, and completed a report of the incident.

July 8
At 10:04 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.
At 10:23 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.
At 11:18 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Frank Giordano, a citation for alleged speeding. Officers also issued a warning for an alleged turn signals required violation.
At 11:38 a.m., officers responded to a report of an animal bite.
At 2:58 p.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.
At 3:41 p.m., officers responded to a report of vandalism.
At 3:49 p.m., officers responded to Alta Convenience Store at 1050 W Flaming Gorge Way for a report of a vehicle that had crashed into the building. Officers discovered the vehicle's accelerator had gotten stuck, causing the vehicle to collide with the building. Officers determined the driver was not impaired and the crash was a result of the vehicle malfunctioning. No injuries were reported during this investigation. Due to the damage, Alta Convenience will be closed until further notice.
