The Green River Knights C team traveled to compete at the Summer Slam tournament in Evanston last weekend. On Friday, Green River lost their first two games against the Park City Miners and the Utah Yard Goats. On Saturday, the Knights made an amazing comeback, beating the Kanab Cowboys with a final score of 12-4 and beating the Evanston Trappers with a final score of 11-8. Green River won the gold bracket in the tournament.
The players are Aiden Mandros, Alex Anderson, Draiven Houchin, Brylan Ginestar, Corwin Paoli, Garrett Greene, JD Bingham, Jonah Friebel, Kanon Bartlett, Kayeson Mitcheon, Korbin Nielson, Manual Munoz, Sam Dockter, Tavin Vendetti and Tyler Calderon.
The coaches are Kole Marquez, Joe Vendetti, Quentin Liebelt, Greg Doak and (not pictured) is Stub Hatfield.
