Officers located the suspect vehicle and gathered a statement from the driver. Officers issued the driver, Laura Hopp, a citation for alleged failing duty upon colliding with unattended vehicle or property and completed a report of the incident.

At 5:08 p.m., officers responded to serve a warrant on an individual. Officers made contact with the individual, Gleceria Heard, and placed her under arrest per the active warrant. Officers transported Heard to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed a report of the incident.
