Green River Police Department reports for March 11

At 3:44 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver. Officers issued citations to Jeremy Maurer, of California, for alleged driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked and compulsory auto insurance violation - first offense. Officers transported Maurer to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed an incident report.

At 5:54 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 6:44 p.m., officers responded to a report of an assault.

March 12 

At 8:06 a.m., officers responded to a report of an accident. 

At 1:29 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard. 

At 5:23 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued the driver a verbal warning for alleged improper registration. 

At 7:36 p.m., officers responded to a report of a scam. 

March 13

At 1:12 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued the driver a verbal warning for an alleged headlight violation. 

At 10:41 a.m., officers responded to a report of a nuisance. 

At 11:13 a.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment. 

At 12:49 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued the driver a warning for alleged speeding.

At 1:20 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment. 

At 2:16 p.m., officers responded to a report of an animal bite.

At 4:12 p.m., officers responded to the alley behind Logan Street to pick up a found bike that had been in the ditch for about a week. Officers booked in the white and turquoise colored Schwinn for safekeeping and completed a report of the incident.

At 4:57 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.

March 14

At 3:46 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

At 9:33 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.

March 15

At 8:01 p.m., officers responded to a report of possible drug use. Officers met with individuals and located drug paraphernalia. Officers issued a citation to Michael Brown for alleged paraphernalia - possession with intent to use and completed a report of the incident.

At 8:51 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 11:58 p.m., officers responded to a report of property damage.

March 16

At 12:27 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 4:33 p.m., Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a barking dog. Officers met with the owner and issued a citation to Audrey Lessner for alleged nuisance animal.

At 11:23 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a citation to Jorge Legorreta Martinez for alleged no valid driver's license.

March 17

At 12:11 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers subsequently arrested Joseph Greer, of Texas, and issued a citation for alleged public intoxication. Officers transported Greer to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed a report of the incident.

At 3:56 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 11:46 a.m., officers responded to a report of possible drug use. Officers met with an individual and located suspected marijuana. Officers issued a citation to Michael Brown for alleged possession of a controlled substance - plant - 3 ounces or less and completed a report of the incident.

At 12:08 p.m., officers responded to a report of an accident and issued a citation to Thalia Harder for an alleged stop sign violation.

At 1:05 p.m., officers responded to a report of lost property.

At 3:24 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired.

At 5:09 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

At 5:33 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 7:36 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speed.

March 18

At 6:03 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a citation to Stacee Wood for alleged speed.

At 6:19 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle; arrested the driver, Brandon Greer, of California; and issued citations for alleged right of way for emergency vehicle violation, valid certificate of title violation, and compulsory auto insurance violation - first offense. Officers transported Greer to the Sweetwater County Detention Center without incident.
