At 10:27 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.

At 1:55 p.m., officers issued a citation to Billy Dodd for alleged public intoxication - third or subsequent offense.

At 3:55 p.m., officers responded to a report of trespassing.

At 6:34 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 9 p.m., officers responded to a report of a hit and run.

Feb. 6

At 8:32 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged vehicle exceeding 20 mph in school zone (1-5 mph over) and issued a citation to Shantel Rosas for alleged improper use of child restraint system - first offense.

At 8:35 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.

At 10:52 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

At 11:34 a.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.

At 1:10 p.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with an active warrant. Officers arrested Davide Hartford, of Green River, and transported Hartford to the Sweetwater County Detention Center.

At 5:27 p.m., officers officers responded to a report of a weapon offense.

At 5:46 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.

At 6 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.

At 7:16 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for an alleged headlights - one on each side violation.

At 9:17 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Uinta Drive and the driver was later arrested for alleged DWUI. Officers issued Angel Diaz, of Green River, citations for alleged DWUI - alcohol - incapable of safely driving and speeding. Officers transported Diaz to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed an incident report.

Feb. 7

At 6:14 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for an alleged stop sign violation.

At 7:53 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a citation to Jade Bunderman for alleged speeding in a school zone.

At 8:33 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a citation to a juvenile for alleged speeding in a school zone.

At 8:36 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding in a school zone.

At 8:57 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a citation to John Ward for alleged speeding in a school zone.

At 9:16 a.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

At 11:41 a.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.

At 3:46 p.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.

At 1:08 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for an alleged valid certificate of title violation and issued a citation to Anthony Murphy for an alleged seatbelt violation - driver and a citation to Abigail Schnell for an alleged seatbelt violation - passenger over 12 years.

At 2:32 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 3:03 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for an alleged stop sign violation.

At 3:07 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.

At 7:05 p.m, officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 10:03 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

Feb. 9

At 8:15 a.m., officers responded to a report of a weapon offense.

At 4:08 p.m., officers responded to a report of trespassing.

At 7:09 p.m., officers responded to a report of assault.

At 9:25 p.m., officers responded to a report of an accident and issued a citation to Sage Mahaffey for alleged reckless driving.

Feb. 10

At 9:18 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Monroe Avenue. Officers met with the driver who was found to have a suspended driver’s license. Subsequently, Kyle Pierce, of Green River, was arrested. Officers issued citations for alleged driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and compulsory auto insurance violation - first offense, and a warning for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration. Officers transported Pierce to the Sweetwater County Detention Center, and completed a report of the incident.

At 12:10 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

At 2:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of an accident and issued a citation to Sara Hudson for alleged vehicle approaching failing to yield to vehicle in intersection.

At 3:23 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 4:08 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

Feb. 11

At 9:37 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 12:48 p.m., officers responded to a report of fraud.

At 3:45 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

Feb. 12

At 8:52 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding in a school zone.

At 9:54 a.m., officers responded to a report of fraud.

At 11:39 a.m., officers responded to a report of an individual who was bleeding and lying in the street. EMS evaluated the individual, but no transports were made. Officers gathered information and ascertained the individual had an active warrant. Officers arrested Scott Philo, of Green River, transported Philo to the Sweetwater County Detention Center, and completed an incident report.

At 12:56 p.m., officers responded to a report of burglary.

At 8:56 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 9:04 p.m., officers responded to Probation and Parole at 140 Commerce Drive for a report of an individual with an active arrest and hold order. Kayla Stewart, of Green River, was arrested and transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center. Officers completed an incident report.

From the Rock Springs Police Department:

On February 2, a third-party caller reported an assault on Liberty Drive in Rock Springs. Upon arrival, Rock Springs Police Officers encountered two juveniles who reported the death of two adults inside the home.

The individuals have been identified as Angela Cunningham (32) and Zachary Mcquillan (33). The investigation revealed that Angela Cunningham died from a single gunshot wound, and Zachary McQuillan died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The investigation is ongoing; however, the possibility of a third-party suspect has been eliminated.
