At 10:37 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.
At 10:54 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.
At 12:20 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.
At 12:22 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.
At 1:47 p.m., officers responded to Expedition Academy for a report of a juvenile in possession of a vaping device. Officers subsequently issued a citation for alleged use/possession of tobacco by a minor and completed a report of the incident.
At 2:08 p.m., officers responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle.
At 3:42 p.m., officers responded to Parole and Probation at 140 Commerce Drive for a report of an individual with an active warrant. Jessika Arellano, of Rock Springs, was arrested and transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center.
At 4:11 p.m., officers responded to a report of fraud.
At 4:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.
At 7:04 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.
At 8:32 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for an alleged headlights - one on each side violation.
At 9:19 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.
At 9:23 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged improper use of high beams.

At 12:48 p.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.
At 5:08 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a citation to Raul Monteavaro Pineiro for allegedly speeding.
At 5:49 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged no valid driver’s license, MC endorsement, instruction/intermediate permits, expired driver’s license, work permit; and a citation to Kimberly Malm for allegedly speeding.
At 8:38 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a citation to Taylor Harris for an alleged child safety restraint system violation - first offense.
At 9:23 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for an alleged windshield and wipers required violation and issued a citation to a juvenile for an alleged compulsory auto insurance violation - first offense.
At 9:34 a.m., officers responded to a report of found property.
At 10:57 a.m., officers responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle.
At 11:22 a.m., officers responded to a report of an assault.
At 11:48 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.
At 1:38 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.
At 8:25, 8:34, 8:54, 9:03 and 9:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment. The GRPD later reported that officers received several calls by Green River residents who reportedly received a call from what appeared to be the local Dominos’s Pizza. In all cases the individuals who received the calls had recently made orders from Domino’s Pizza. The calls received varied, but were of a harassing and/or threatening manner, such as: individuals were harassed about the tip they left or failed to leave, someone was going to come to their house to fight with them, or inedible items were placed on their pizza prior to its delivery. Officers made contact with Domino’s Pizza and found that other Domino’s Pizza locations around the State of Wyoming have been having similar incidents. These incidents have also been identified as a potential for gaining access to credit card information.

At 1:07 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.
At 1:28 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a citation to Michael Cynova for alleged speeding.
At 4 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.
At 4:10 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.
At 6:44 a.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.
At 9:42 a.m., officers responded to a report of a nuisance.
At 1:48 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.
At 1:57 p.m., officers responded to a report of a burglary.
At 4:51 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.
At 8:18 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for for an alleged headlights - one on each side violation.
At 8:29 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.

At 9:32 p.m., officers initiated a traffic stop of a vehicle near the intersection of Blake Street and S 4th W Street. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was found to have active warrants, allegedly found to be in possession of a suspected controlled substance, and was arrested. Officers transported Chelsea King, of Green River, to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed an incident report.
At 9:39 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for an alleged headlights - one on each side violation.
Jan. 5
At 4:18 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for an alleged stop sign violation.
At 7:52 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding in a school zone.
At 8:15 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued warnings for alleged use of a cellular telephone while driving and inattentive driving.
At 11:13 a.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.
At 11:48 a.m., officers responded to a report of assault.
At 11:51 a.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.
At 12:08 p.m., officers issued a citation to Christopher McDaniel for an alleged improper turn - traffic control device.
At 12:18 p.m., officers responded to an agency assist with Probation and Parole. Subsequently, officers arrested Colton Gladue on an arrest & hold order for a probation violation. Officers transported Gladue to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed an incident report.
At 3:30 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for an alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration.

At 11:09 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.
At 11:40 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a citation to Jason Dykema for alleged following too closely and no valid driver’s license.
At 8:04 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.
