Wolves compete in Lander Holiday Quad

The Green River Wolves Swimming and Diving team traveled to Lander to compete in the Lander Holiday Quad meet last Thursday. The Wolves had some outstanding performances during the meet, ending up with 248 points and taking third place.

Colin Gilmore led the team with two first-place finishes in the 200 and 500 Yard Freestyle events. Irie Kuball led the divers with a third-place finish with 185.60 points in the One-Meter Diving event. The Wolves "A" Relay team finished strong in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay event in second place. The relay team included Ashton Hafner, Gilmore, Kuball and Andew Neher.

The Wolves are heading east today to compete in the Laramie Invite for two days. Head Coach Colleen Seiloff is excited for them to compete in this big meet because it is has a lot of good competition. She said the boys will be competing on Thursday and Friday. On Friday, some of the girls that are in the SWAT swimming club will also be competing.
