The Lady Wolves Volleyball team hosted a conference match against the Star Valley Braves on Saturday during Homecoming week. Green River showed up fighting and played very well but came up short, losing the first set 25-21, the second set 25-20 and the final set 25-12.
On Tuesday, the Lady Wolves geared up to take on the Mountain View Buffalos. After three intense sets, Green River came up short again, losing the first set 25-17, the second set 25-18, and the final set 25-23.
The Lady Wolves are getting a lot of experience on the court and the young team has been showing up and playing very well as a team against the competitive teams around the state.
On Friday, Green River will travel to Riverton, and on Saturday they will travel to Cody for another volleyball match.
