The Lady Wolves Volleyball team hosted a match against the Kelly Walsh Trojans on Friday. The first two sets were an unfortunate loss for Green River as they fell to Kelly Walsh 14-25 and 17-25. The third set was a closer match for the Lady Wolves, but after a hard fought battle, they fell again to the Trojans with a final score of 22-25.
Green River's Abigail Fuss had over 13 skillful digs during the game, while Eva Murray had several impressive kills and blocks. Addison Demaret also had a substantial number of kills during the game. Taycie Fox had lots of great blocks, along with Rylee Rosas, who also had a lot of great kills. Sophomore Sophia Arnold has really stepped up and helped the team with several kills and blocks, along with Haidyn Terry and McKinley Killpack, who also made digs and blocks during the fast-paced game. Claira Kuball and Sydnie Eastman also assisted the team in the fight against the Trojans.
Come and support the Lady Wolves as they play a conference match against the Evanston Red Devils today at 5 p.m. On Saturday, they will travel to play another conference match against the Jackson Hole Broncs.
