Jax Lee James, 2 years old, passed away suddenly on October 21.
He was born on June 8, 2020 in Rock Springs, the beloved son of Daniel Scott James and Kristina Lee Blount.
Jax loved cars and dinosaurs. He could be always be found playing, pretending to be a puppy, snuggling his blankey and his "Ma." He looked up to his big brothers and sisters and wanted to do everything and anything they were doing. Jax had an infectious smile and his full-body laugh brought so much joy to anyone who was there to witness it. He was his dads little "mini me," and loved by so many because he was pure sunshine in little human form.
Survivors include his parents Kristina L. Blount, Daniel S. James; brothers Carter L. James, Luke J. Noland, Billy D. Noland; sisters Kimber A. James, Maddie M. Sheldon, Miah M. Sheldon; aunts and uncles Patricia Guillen, Jessica and Jacob Lambrix, Kimberly Blount, Jessica and Quin Phillips, Mindi and Dave Wanner, Derek James, John and Sonia Carson; cousins Evan, Ellee, JJ, Bailey, Leonard, Dillon, Justin, Jace, Bronan, Conner, Hendrix, Jahkai, Shelby, Johnny, Kaylee, Colton, Jordan, Jacob, Luke, Sarah; grandparents Sherry and Billy Blount, Shelia and Jake Carson; great-grandparents Joann and Wayne Zickefoose, and Patricia and Ronald Pincock.
