Lynda Abrahamson

Lynda Abrahamson, 73, passed away July 19, 2022 at her home in Longview, Texas.

She was born to Warren and Ardith Harmison in Ogden Utah. She spent her childhood years in Labarge, WY but later graduated high school in Hallock, MN. After graduation, she married Paul F. Abrahamson and they had four children together.

After 27 years of marriage they took separate roads. As a single mom with the youngest 3 still at home she started providing foster care and care for the disabled within our community. This is where David Jensen entered our sibling circle.

She put her whole heart into caring not only for her children but many others as well. Her kind, loving, humble and gentle nature touched the lives of so many. We will miss her smile, her reassurance, her advice, card games, her amazing cooking and her phenomenal ability to love, and so much more.

She spent this life caring for others and now she will be cared for in the arms of God.

Lynda was preceded in death by her parent Warren and Ardith Harmison and 5 siblings, Rodger Harmison, Jimmy Harmison, Johnny Harmison, Betty Marx and Barbara Jones.

Survivors include her children Christopher and Rebecca Abrahamson, Tanya and Donald (Dave ) Stocks, Levi Abrahamson, Glenna White, and David Jensen; grandchildren Johnny and Jordan Jackson, Donald (David) Stocks and girlfriend Brittany Cadena, Colby Abrahamson and girlfriend Jessica Roberts, Kassidy Davis, Keegan Abrahamson, Andrew Stocks and Levi Stocks; great-grandchildren Desmond Stocks, Damien Wuolle, Garrix Jackson and Emersyn Jackson; sister Beverly Hewitt and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place, a Celebration of Life will be conducted at 4:00 P.M. Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 348 Sweeney Ranch Road, Rock Springs, Wyoming.
