Jean M. Blazovich

Jean M. Blazovich, 87, passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Mission at Castle Rock in Green River, Wyoming. She was a lifelong resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming. Mrs. Blazovich died from a lengthy illness.

She was born on September 30, 1933 in Rock Springs, Wyoming; the daughter of John Georgis and Ruby Bazzanella.

Mrs. Blazovich attended schools in Rock Springs, Wyoming and was a 1951 graduate of Rock Springs High School.

She married Emil John Blazovich on June 17, 1956 in Rock Springs, Wyoming.

Mrs. Blazovich worked at the Pla Mor Lanes for fifty years and retired as an associate. Jean was a large part of youth leagues during her career at Pla Mor Lanes. She also assisted with other tournaments as well.

She was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Her interests include bowling and gambling.

Survivors include her husband, Emil John Blazovich of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one son, David Blazovich and wife Lana of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one daughter, Debra A. Tomich and husband Steve of Rock Springs, Wyoming; four grandchildren, Joseph Tomich and Ralynne; Mike Tomich; Jordan Blazovich; Kairee Blazovich; as well as several cousins; nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 9, 2021 at the Vase Funeral Chapel, 154 Elk Street, Rock Springs, Wyoming. Friends may call one hour prior to service. Interment will be in the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
