Green River’s municipal buildings will remain closed until May 18, according to a press release from the city. The extension was made after consideration of the federal, three-phase process to open the economy.
Despite the extension, the city is working to reopen its public buildings.
According to the release, the city wants to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19 within the community and amongst city employees.
