The Wolves battled hard at State, securing a fourth-place finish for the year.
Swimming at Laramie High School., the Wolves earned 120 points, finishing behind Kelly Walsh, Cheyenne Central and the three-time champions from Laramie.
Individually, the Wolves had some standout performances. Jason Richmond was the only Wolf to earn a state title at the event, taking first in the 200-yard individual medley.
Richmond also took second in the 100-yard breaststroke.
Placing third in the 400-yard freestyle relay, the team of Ryan Fischer, Araya Finley, Elijah Kraft and Richmond finished with a time of 3:22.10.
Richmond was the only swimmer to receive All-State honors.
