The Sweetwater Aquatics Team took state during the Wyoming Summer Championship meet in Rapid City, S.D. July 19-21.
The meet took place in South Dakota because the pool in Gillette originally scheduled to host the event needed repairs. Overall, SWAT took first with nearly 1,000 points abover second place. SWAT scored 3,014, while second-place Laramie Swim Club scored 2,072.5. Third went to the Gillette Gators Swim Team, which earned 1,935.5.
