Flaming Gorge Classic scheduled

The upcoming Flaming Gorge Classic Basketball Tournament is sure to bring excitement to Green River’s basketball fans Dec. 13-15.

The Green River High School athletics office released a schedule for the tournament Friday morning and will pit the Wolves and Lady Wolves against teams from Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. The times listed are subject to change. All varsity games will be at the GRHS main gym, while JV games will be played at the auxiliary gym.

Varsity Boys

Dec. 13: GR vs. Westside, Idaho, 7:40 p.m.

Dec. 14: GR vs. Thunder Basin, 4:20 p.m.

3-point shooting/dunk contest, 7:45 p.m.

Dec. 15: GR vs. Ben Lomond, Utah, 2:40 p.m.
