Hall of fame nominations sought

The Green River High School’s hall-of-fame committee seeks nominations for the 2018 GRHS hall of fame.

The hall of fame can be found in the main hallway at GRHS. Plaques honor students from GRHS for their sacrifice, achievements and athletic prowess. Previous inductees include multiple state-winning sports teams, former Green River mayors, a member of Seal Team 6, a Las Vegas police officer who gave his life in the line of duty and many others.

Nominations are due April 9 and can be submitted by mail, email or fax. Nominations do not have a set format. The committee will meet after all submissions are entered and decide on which nominees will be admitted to the hall of fame. Nominees are honored during halftime at the hall of fame football game in September.
