Max Allen Louderback, 66, of Green River, recently appeared in the Third District Court of Judge Nena James at a sentencing hearing to two counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, four counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and a third-degree sexual abuse of a minor.
Louderback pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and the other charges were dismissed.
He was given a total sentence of 19 1/2 to 40 years in prison and has been transferred to the Wyoming Department of Corrections.
He was given credit for 99 days of pre-sentence confinement.
A second Green River man was sentenced for sexual abuse of a minor as well.
Justin Lucas Smith, 19, of Green River, recently appeared in the Third District Court of Judge Nena James at a sentencing hearing to two separate cases for a total of four third-degree sexual abuse of a minor charges.
Smith pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree sexual abuse of a minor and the other three charges were dismissed. He was given a 5 to 10-year prison sentence with credit given for 78 days served. He has been transferred to the Wyoming Department of Corrections.
