Green River residents will have a chance to talk with representatives from the Wyoming Game and Fish Department Nov. 29 about what they would like to learn and know about grizzly bears.
The meeting will be part of a state-wide effort from the department to help people interested in the bears speak with wildlife managers. Last year, the new management plan for grizzly bears was adopted by the WGFD and the species was delisted from the Endangered Species Act, removing protections originally in place for the bears.
