Wolves host homecoming events

Homecoming week is in full swing at Green River High School.

Students have hosted a few events throughout the week, supporting the Wolves football team as they take on the Evanston Red Devils at their homecoming game Friday night. Students hosted the Wolves Jam Monday night, which gave a small carnival-like atmosphere to the Harley-Davidson parking lot.

Students hosted games for children while teams stood on a trailer and spoke to students and residents about their season and upcoming challenges. The homecoming royalty was also announced at the Wolves Jam.

Tuesday night, students hosted a dodgeball tournament at the GRHS gym, allowing teams to take each other on in three-minute bouts of high-intensity action.
