Lady Wolves struggle at home

The Lady Wolves Volleyball team had a rough afternoon at home against the Lady Plainsmen from Laramie High School.

Green River was defeated, dropping three sets to Laramie, 25-22, 25-17 and 25-19.

Throughout the match, Green River struggled to maintain a lead, as well as the varying offensive attacks the Lady Plainsmen utilized, frequently put the girls in a hole they were unable to escape from. The girls also were handed a loss in Evanston, coming up short in three sets.

The Lady Wolves will take their Sweetwater County rivals from Rock Springs tonight at home.

In their last meeting, Green River walked out of Rock Springs with a 3-2 win over the Lady Tigers.
