Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision. It was reported a vehicle was traveling northeast on Commerce Drive and sideswiped a parked and unoccupied vehicle. No injuries were reported. Brittany Scott, 27, of Rock Springs, was issued a citation for alleged use of a cellphone while driving.

Officers observed three individuals outside arguing on West Teton Boulevard and Monroe Avenue. The individuals advised they had a verbal dispute and one of the individuals subsequently left the property.

It was reported a vehicle was traveling west on East Flaming Gorge Way and struck a vehicle that was exiting a business parking lot onto East Flaming Gorge Way. No injuries were reported, officers completed a report regarding the incident.
