Douglas Lee Fulgham, 65, of Rock Springs, passed away April 18, 2016 in Milan, N.M. A longtime resident of Rock Springs, Fulgham died following a sudden illness.
He was born on July 30, 1950 in Emmett, Idaho, the son of the late George A. and Ruby Harwell Fulgham.
Fulgham attended schools in Idaho.
He married Linda Longcor on March 18, 1990 in Elko, Nev.
Fulgham was a United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was employed as a truck driver and worked for 3D Transportation for the past 10 years.
His interest was gambling.
Survivors include his wife Linda Fulgham of Rock Springs; son Gerald Fulgham of Phoenix; two brothers, Robin Fulgham and John Fulgham, both of Boise, Idaho; sister Lynn Dorman and husband Terry of Boise, Idaho; three granddaughters, Angel, Tanya and Cheyenne; brother-in-law and sister-in-law George and Betty Stetich and daughter Jennifer of Rock Springs; two step-sons, Daniel Lopez and Richard Neill and wife Rebecca and children Katie and Bryson; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, paternal and maternal grandparents and one brother Greg.
Following cremation, graveside services and inurnment will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.
