Officers contacted an adult male who stated they shot a loud toy air soft rifle out of a window into their back yard. Officers responded to a report that a fence had been spray painted. Officers investigated the incident and located a 14-year-old female juvenile suspect. The reporting party advised they did not want to pursue charges and would handle the matter with the juvenile and parents. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

The caller then asked for personal information the reporting party had not been in an accident did not provide the caller with any information and reported no monetary loss.
