The trailer collided with a street light pole, knocking it over. No injuries were reported and Rocky Mountain Power was contacted. Walter Wilkerson, 65, of Little Rock, Ark. was issued a citation for alleged inattentive driving.
Officers responded to a report of a fallen tree and power line on Blake Street. No injuries were reported and the power company was contacted.
Animal control officers received a call of a small brown dog in traffic, at 905 Bridger Drive. Animal control officers checked the area and were unable to locate the dog.

Jonathan Ratcliff, 28, of Rock Springs, was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence, second offense, and alleged possession of a controlled substance, marijuana. Crystal Byers, 35, of Green River, was arrested for alleged public intoxication.
Officers responded to a traffic complaint at 440 Uinta Drive, in which the reporting party did not want contact. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and advised of the complaint.
Officers met with an individual at the police department who turned in a set of keys found on South 5th East.

Dillon Riddle, 24, of Green River, was arrested per an active Converse County warrant for alleged failure to appear on an original charge of fuel theft.
Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a traffic complaint on I-80 and the vehicle reportedly exited into Green River.

Officers responded to noise complaint on Uinta Drive. Officers contacted individuals who were outside their residence talking and were advised of the complaint.
