Animal control officers received a call of a small dog at large, on Maple Circle. Animal control officers checked the area and were unable to locate the dog.

Officers tagged a vehicle regarding a parking problem on Wind River Drive and Essex Street.

Officers spoke with an individual at the police department, at 375 W. Flaming Gorge Way, who had questions about a previously reported incident.

Officers responded to a report of a larceny, at 68 E. 2nd Street South. It was reported an individual was removing items from outside St. John’s Thrift Store.

Officers completed a report regarding the incident, which is under investigation.

Animal control officers responded to a call of a found and contained dog on Hitching Post Drive. The dog was described as a medium sized tan dog with a black collar with designs.

Officers responded to a report of a possible missing person. The individual was later contacted and advised they were fine.

Animal control officers responded to a report of a cat bite, at 80 E. Teton Blvd.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision, at 599 E. 4th South. It was reported a vehicle was traveling south on Uinta Drive through the intersection of East 2nd South.

Another vehicle turned south onto Uinta Drive from East 2nd South, collided with the vehicle traveling south on Uinta Drive.

No injuries were reported and minor damage was reported to both vehicles. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute.

Upon arrival, officers contacted the involved parties and completed a report regarding the incident which was forwarded to the Sweetwater County Attorney’s Office.

Officers responded to a single-vehicle collision on 515 E. Flaming Gorge Way. It was reported a semi truck pulling a trailer traveling west on East Flaming Gorge Way attempted to make a right had turn into the Loaf-N-Jug parking lot.

The trailer collided with a street light pole, knocking it over. No injuries were reported and Rocky Mountain Power was contacted. Walter Wilkerson, 65, of Little Rock, Ark. was issued a citation for alleged inattentive driving.

Officers responded to a report of a fallen tree and power line on Blake Street. No injuries were reported and the power company was contacted.

Animal control officers received a call of a small brown dog in traffic, at 905 Bridger Drive. Animal control officers checked the area and were unable to locate the dog.

Officers attempted to contact an owner of a vehicle following an anonymous parking complaint.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and a possible REDDI (Report Every Drunk Driver Immediately) report. Jonathan Ratcliff, 28, of Rock Springs, was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence, second offense, and alleged possession of a controlled substance, marijuana. Crystal Byers, 35, of Green River, was arrested for alleged public intoxication.

Officers responded to a traffic complaint at 440 Uinta Drive, in which the reporting party did not want contact. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and advised of the complaint.

Officers met with an individual at the police department who turned in a set of keys found on South 5th East.

Animal control officers located a brittany spaniel, which was taken to the animal shelter.

Officers responded to a report of a possible intoxicated person, at 50 W. Railroad Ave. who the reporting party thought may try to drive impaired. Officers contacted the individual who was fine and not driving.

Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in an anonymous reckless driving complaint, on Roosevelt Drive and Uinta Drive. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the vehicle.

Dillon Riddle, 24, of Green River, was arrested per an active Converse County warrant for alleged failure to appear on an original charge of fuel theft.

Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a traffic complaint on I-80 and the vehicle reportedly exited into Green River.

Officers received an anonymous report of a dog at large, on Mountain View Street and Crossbow Drive. The dog was described as a small reddish colored dog.

Officers responded to a report of disturbance, in reference to juveniles being loud and possibly drinking alcohol.

Officers contacted the juveniles, after further investigation a 16-year-old male, of Green River, was issued a citation for underage consumption and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.

Officers received a call of a group of juveniles playing in a vacant lot on Waggener Street.

Officers checked on an audible vehicle alarm on Hitching Post Drive.

A traffic citation was issued to Sean Currier, 21, of Green River, for an alleged registration violation and a passenger in the vehicle Kayla Froats, 19, of Green River, was issued a citation for alleged underage consumption.

Officers checked on an unsecured property, which appeared okay and the property was secured.

Officers contacted an individual who was advised of curfew, on South 3rd East and East 4th South.

Officers responded to noise complaint on Uinta Drive. Officers contacted individuals who were outside their residence talking and were advised of the complaint.

Officers checked on a suspicious odor of something burning in the area, on Indian Hills Drive and Washakie Avenue. The area appeared okay and no fire was located.

Officers were out with individuals for work restitution, at 1795 Bridger Drive.

Officers checked on a ladder left up against a building, at 1400 Uinta Drive.

Officers contacted individuals in the park after hours. A 16-year-old male of Green River, was issued citations for underage consumption, open container, possession of paraphernalia and possession of tobacco.

The juvenile was released to a parent.

Officers responded to a report of a scam, on South Wagonwheel Drive. The reporting party stated they were contacted by phone by an individual claiming to be a family member.

The individual stated they had been in a vehicle accident an needed money wired to their insurance company to cover the deductible.

The reporting party did report a monetary loss before realizing it had been a scam. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.
