Officers contacted Casianna Legarreta, 30, of Green River, who was issued a citation for alleged handicapped parking and arrested on an active Green River Municipal Court warrant for alleged failure to appear for a probation revocation hearing on original charges of driving while under suspension, second offense driving while under suspension and contempt of court. Legarreta was also charged with alleged interference of a peace officer. While investigating the incident officers also contacted Barbara McKelvey, 53, of Green River, who was issued a citation for alleged interference with a peace officer.

Officers also contacted a 13-year-old female who was released to a guardian and advised would be summoned to court.
