Harold Francis Reinard, 96, of Green River passed away Jan. 5, 2016 following a brief illness.
He was born on Feb. 13, 1919 in Knoxdale, Penn., the son of Emanuel and Carrie Harriger Reinard.
Reinard served in the merchant marines and United States Marine Corps during World War II.
He retired as a union iron worker.
Reinard was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Green River.
He married Jessie Mae Kuntz in Troutville, Penn. in September of 1948.
Survivors include his wife Jessie Reinard of Green River, daughter Kathy Chapman and husband Tom of Pavilion, three sons Gary Reinard and wife Raelene of Mountain View, James Reinard and wife Kathleen of Green River, Terry Reinard and wife Kathy of Boise, Idaho; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, five brothers and a daughter-in-law.
Cremation will take place and there are no services at this time.
