Helen Marie (Tycoles) Hyndman of Greeley, Colo., and former longtime resident of Green River passed away Nov. 20, 2015 after a brief illness.
She was born on July 13, 1934 in Kamsack, Saskatchewan, Canada to Mike and Mary (Shmon) Tycoles. She married Keith (Sam) Hyndman on Feb. 14, 1961 in Cheyenne. She became a naturalized citizen on July 10, 1967. The two moved to Green River in 1968.
Hyndman loved many things in her life. Her family, baking, knitting reading , gardening and her little dog Nikki. She also loved to sew, making outfits for her girls special occasions and costumes for Halloween.
She is survived by three brothers John, Ernie and Fred Tycoles; five daughters Karen Bauer (Clarence/Butch), Carrie Shaw (Kayle), Charmi Martinez (George), Megan Twarling (Roger), and Heather (Burnham) Hyndman; 11 grandchildren, Clinton, Jenna, Dustin, and Matthew Bauer, Woodson and Matt Witt, Rosa Garver and Sam Martinez. Evan Twarling, and T.J and Rob Burnham. She also has 10 great grandchildren.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Tracy and Rachel; two brothers Elmer and Walter; husband Keith; and one grandchild, Ian Twarling.
