Officers received a call, in reference to a deer with a string of Christmas lights caught in its antlers. The deer would not let officers get close to it and Wyoming Game and Fish Department were notified.

Animal control officers contacted an individual by phone who was interested in adopting a pet.

Officers met with an individual who reported receiving harassing messages on social media. Officers completed a report regarding the incident which is under investigation.

Officers responded to a citizen assist, in regards to a pet locked in a vehicle on Davy Crockett Drive. Officers were able to unlock the door and the dog was OK.

Animal control officers received a call, in reference to a found and contained brindle Boston Terrier with a pink collar on Commerce Drive.

The reporting party received a phone call from an individual who stated they had civil paperwork to be served to the reporting party on Andrews Street.

The reporting party was advised they could pay money up front to take care of the issue.

The reporting party suspected this to be a scam and did not give any personal information and reported no monetary loss.

Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel on a medical call to an undisclosed address.

Officers responded to a citizen assist, in regards to a resident with a wheelchair needing assistance getting inside their residence.

Officers met with an individual who reported unauthorized transactions to their debit card. Officers completed a report regarding the incident, which is under investigation.

Officers contacted a resident by phone for a citizen assist on Hackberry Street.

Animal control officers responded to a report of a dog at large running in the middle of the roadway on West Teton Boulevard.

Upon arrival, officers contacted the owner of the dog who was retrieving their dog.

Officers received a call of a Cocker Spaniel at large on Scott’s Bottom Road that would not let anyone get close to it. The owner of the dog was contacted and found their dog.

Officers responded to a welfare check on an individual who the reporting party could not get in touch with. Officers contacted the individual who was OK, and advised they would contact the concerned party.

Officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision on Trail Drive. It was reported a vehicle traveling south on Apache Drive turned east on Trail Drive and collided with a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported, Cathy Hemker, 60, of Green River, was issued a citation for speed too fast for conditions. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers responded to a report that a storage shed at 425 E. Teton Blvd., that had been broken into and items were stolen. Officers completed a report regarding the incident which is under investigation.

Officers contacted an individual on West 3rd South Street, who was advised to move an abandoned vehicle.

VIN checks were conducted at the Green River Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to an alarm on Fur Street. Officers checked the property which was secure and attempted to contact a responsible party for the property.

Officers contacted an individual who had information about a possible fraud on Daniel Boone Drive. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers were contacted by a resident, in reference to a parking complaint on West 3rd North Street. The resident advised they would move their trailer.

Officers responded to a report of a fraud on Clark Street. The reporting party stated they were billed for an item they did not order.

The reporting party spoke with the company and advised they would not be charged for the item.

Officers responded to a report of a parking complaint at 500 Nolan Street, in reference to a vehicle which had been parked on the property for a while.

Officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision at 445 E. Flaming Gorge Way. It was reported a camp trailer being pulled by a vehicle struck a parked vehicle. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers contacted an individual by phone for a citizen assist on Stephens Street.

Officers tagged an abandoned vehicle at 515 E. Flaming Gorge Way and contacted the owner of the vehicle by phone.

Officers received a report of a vehicle stalled in the intersection at Flaming Gorge Way and Uinta Drive. Officers checked the intersection and were unable to locate the vehicle.

Officers contacted an individual by phone who reported receiving harassing phone calls.

Officers picked up two small dogs at large on Hitching Post Drive. The dogs were described as a Poodle and Shih Tzu and were taken to the animal shelter.

Officers contacted a resident who reported their vehicle was damaged while parked at another location Greasewood Street. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers received a request for a welfare check on an individual.

Officers attempted to locate two vehicles described in a traffic complaint as driving recklessly in a parking lot on Bridger Drive.

Alex Meyer, 21, of Green River, was arrested for alleged strangulation of a household member.

Officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision. It was reported a vehicle traveling east on West Flaming Gorge Way attempted to turn onto North 4th West Street, and collided with a parked vehicle.

Robert Ross, 24, of Green River, was issued a citation for speed too fast for conditions.

Officers received a report of a chocolate Labrador at large on Hitching Post Drive. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the dog.

Officers responded to a report of a juvenile problem. Officers contacted the juvenile and a parent regarding the incident.

Officers are investigating a report of a hit-and-run vehicle collision on Jensen Street.

The reporting party stated their vehicle was parked and unoccupied in their driveway and struck by another vehicle that left the scene.

Officers responded to a responded to a report of a disturbance on Astle Avenue. Upon arrival, officers contacted the residents who had a verbal dispute.

Officers contacted a resident, in reference to a report of a malicious mischief on Bridger Drive.

The reporting party stated the gas tank on their vehicle was damaged causing it to leak. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers received a call regarding an injured deer on Juniper Street. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the deer.

Officers responded to a request for a civil standby on East 3rd South Street.

Officers contacted an individual by phone who reported received a call from someone claiming to be with the IRS.

Officers responded to a disturbance at an undisclosed address, in regards to an individual yelling inside a residence. Officers contacted the resident who advised they were yelling at someone on the phone.

Romae Eikanger, 54, of Green River, was arrested on an active Green River Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear for a probation revocation hearing on original charges of false alarms and public intoxication.

Officers responded to a welfare check on an individual. Officers contacted the individual who was OK and the concerned party was advised.

Officers were dispatched to an alarm on Washington Street, in which an individual did not have the property passcode. Upon arrival, officers checked the property and advised everything was OK.

Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang up call. Upon arrival, officers contacted the resident who had a verbal dispute with another individual who left prior to the officers’ arrival.

Officers responded to a noise complaint, in reference to loud music on Schultz Street.

Officers contacted the resident who had their television on too loud and addressed the complaint.

Green River Public Works Department personnel were called out for street snow removal.

Officers checked on an unoccupied vehicle on Uinta Drive. Officers contacted the owner of the vehicle who advised they were on their way to move it.

Officers responded to welfare check on an individual who reportedly missed an appointment. Officers contacted the individual who was OK.

Officers responded to a request for an emergency lockout on Uinta Drive, in reference to children accidentally locked in a vehicle.

Officers responded to a request for a civil standby on Sunset Street.

Officers responded to a report of a single vehicle collision.

It was reported a vehicle was traveling north on East Teton Boulevard, slid on the roadway and struck a guard rail causing minor damage to the vehicle. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers were dispatched to a welfare check, in reference to juveniles on the ice under the river bridge.

Officers contacted the juveniles who were no longer on the ice.
