Each week this past summer, the Golden Hour Senior Center volunteers attended the Green River Farmers' Market.
While at the Farmers' Market, the volunteers sold numerous baked goods including, apple and cherry turnovers, root-beer float cookies, orange cookies, lemon Rice Krispie treats, banana bread, zucchini bread and cinnamon rolls.
"It was fantastic," GHSC's Activities Coordinator Megan Brown said. "We made about $5,800."
She said they made an average of $600 every week and had repeat customers.
