The Green River High School boy’s swimming team picked up an additional state qualifier at a meet last Friday in Pinedale.
Keyan Moore was able to qualify for state tournament later this year in Gillette in diving.
He became the third member of the team to qualify for state. Brendan Bloomquist qualified in the 100-breaststroke and Paul Wright qualified in the 100-butterfly during meets in December.
Head coach Colleen Seiloff said they have a couple swimmers and divers that are also really close to qualifying. She added the Zander Potter dropped 20 seconds off his season-best time in the breaststroke.
Seiloff said the team swam really well last week in Pinedale and at the Southwest Invitational Saturday in Lyman.
“Across the boards we had some solid swims,” she said.
The Wolves will once again hit the road this week with a competition Friday at Cheyenne East and Saturday at Laramie.
