Paul Andrew Siler, 53, of Green River passed away Jan. 5 at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City. He had been a life time resident of Green River.
He was born on Jan. 27, 1961 in Rock Springs, the son of the late Hugh and Diane Peterson Siler.
Siler attended schools in Green River and graduated in 1980. He also continued his education through various automotive studies.
He married the former Debbie Lahti in Green River on July 5, 1980.
Siler had various employment in Rock Springs and Green River. He worked at Rock Springs Honda and Whisler Chevrolet as a mechanic and currently for Mandros Painting as a mechanic. His interests included fishing, boating, snowmobiling, hunting and riding motocycles. He was truly an outdoorsman. Most important was spending time with his family, friends and his grandsons and granddaughters.
He was an organ donor and has already helped save 20 lives.
Survivors include his wife Debbie Siler of Green River; one son Ronald Siler and fiance' Kati Yedinak of Green River; one daughter Sereniti Siler and fiance' Phillippe Barbeau of Rock Springs; two brothers Robert Siler of Rawlins and Kenny Siler and husband Dave of Ogden, Utah; one sister Lori Leonard and husband Larry of Layton, Utah; several step-brothers and step-sisters; eight grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Hugh Siler; mother and step-father Diane Hart and husband Fred. A celebration of life will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles #2350, 88 North 2nd East, in Green River.
