Shirley Baker, 87, passed away at her home Sept. 20 in Price, Utah.
A resident of Price, Utah for the last 23 years and former long-time resident of Green River, she was born May 4, 1927 in Casper to Louis and Llynllian Pappas.
She married Bill Baker in Elko, Nev. Jan. 6, 1975.
She had a passion for pottery and painting and loved to share her talents with others.
Survivors include her husband Bill of Price, Utah; daughter LaVonne Sell and husband Bob of Green River; sister Georgia Fordyce of Casper; three stepdaughters; four grandchildren, Kelli Lennon, Sarah Bank , Bobbi Tucker and Joshua Coursey, all of Green River; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Rodger Coursey, one stepdaughter, and brother-in-law Lloyd Fordyce.
Services will take place 1 p.m. Oct. 7 at the Church of Christ in Green River.
