    In two nights of rodeo action featuring more than 100 contestants, the Overland Stage Stampede Rodeo brought hundreds of fans to the Green River's rodeo grounds. According to information from the city's parks and recreation department, 850 people attended Friday night's competition, with 1,050 attending Saturday.     The 41st Annual Western Wyoming Karate Championships were hosted by Pineda’s Kenpo Karate at the Green River Recreation Center May 21. These championships were a “bounce-back” tournament in which competitors totaled 237 and came from Wyoming, Utah, Montana, and Colorado.
