    Around 7:30 a.m., Andrew Kneeland found what he was looking for. It was an aspen tree, the leaves creating dappled shadows on the trunk in the early morning light. Andrew set up his blank canvas, got his painting supplies out of a small wooden box, and got to work. Within four hours the painting was done, and by the afternoon it was sold.     The annual Green River Pond and Garden Tour has returned. The 2022 tour will open the garden gates to 11 garden homes in Green River and Rock Springs Saturday, Aug. 6. This year, the $500 memorial scholarships were awarded to Cody Price, Ridge Hester and Andrew Winters. The first concert was July 7, and the series will continue through at least the end of August with a concert every week except August 4, which is during the Sweetwater County Fair.
