    Long-time Green River resident Kennard Bigler is celebrating his 90th birthday. Kennard and his wife Carol were life-long residents of Green River. Kennard worked out at the trona mines for 42 years back when they were operated by FMC Corporation and was a mine supervisor.     The Green River Chamber of Commerce recently shared the results from the 20th Annual "Run with the Horses Marathon" which took place on Saturday, August 19. This event included three different races: the marathon, the half marathon, and a 10K. These races began and ended at Expedition Island.
