The drowning death of a Green River resident is being investigated by the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office. Frank M. Ortega, 63, died Saturday while snorkeling alone in windy conditions approximately 50 feet offshore, between Squaw Hollow and Anvil Draw. A fatal crash occurred Sunday south of Rock Springs, killing two men. At 4:06 p.m., Wyoming Highway Patrol troopers were notified of a one vehicle rollover.
