Visitors to Green River have a chance to see a couple of the regions famed wild horses at the Green River Visitors Center. Janet Hartford, a volunteer taking care of the two mares at the center, said the horses are part of the Bureau of Land Management's Wild Horse and Burro Adoption Program and can be adopted.
