In the past, members of the Green River High School swim team would have to leave campus and practice at the pool at Monroe Intermediate School. What was once an adequate facility at Monroe had become outdated and eventually led to local voters approving a new aquatic center at Green River High School. The Green River High School boy’s basketball team will look to pick up their first victory Friday night in the friendly confines of Wolves Gymnasium. The 2014-15 squad will open the season at 7 p.m. against Star Valley High School.
