Lawmakers ascended yesterday to the state capital in Cheyenne for the 63rd Wyoming Legislature. Going into the session 2015 General Session convened Tuesday at noon, Rep. Stan Blake (D-Green River) said one of the most important issues will be to not only spend money wisely, but to invest in cities, towns, and counties. A Utah woman remains behind bars after being arrested for a number of charges, including the alleged theft of a vehicle in Green River. Rose Mary McKell, 28, of Magna, Utah, was arrested Jan. 5 for felony theft, along with misdemeanor-level charges of driving while under the influence and driving while suspended. The felony charge is punishable with a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine while the misdemeanor charges are each punishable with a jail sentence of up to six months and a $750 fine. A man accused of injuring his fiancee with a baby gate, pleaded not guilty to a felony charge. Brian A. Setzer appeared in the Third District Court of Judge Richard Lavery at an arraignment to aggravated assault and battery. I like catching and releasing a lot of fish and the trout I catch average 15-22 inches. I like to stay in between 10 and 20 feet of water with a few drop offs in between. Structure is a big part of it. If I find this depth of water with drop offs on the inside turn of a point, and going into a small bay, all the better. This is the type of area to find feeding fish as they cruise by looking for a meal, and a point is where you will find me fish 65 percent of the time. Master builders from throughout Green River spent a few hours at the Sweetwater County Library constructing things from the wildest parts of their imaginations. William "Bill" Thomas Facinelli, 61, of Rock Springs passed away at home Jan. 8, 2015. A lifelong resident of Rock Springs, he passed away following a lengthy illness.
