Betty Todd Emerson passed away on Sunday, May 21st in Riverton, Wyoming. She was born May 4, 1932, in the township of Huggins, Arkansas, to Julia Mayberry Higginbotham Groves and Jesse Higginbotham. Several people have been arrested by local and state law enforcement recently on drug charges, including one man who the Rock Springs Police Department allegedly found in possession of Fentanyl pills. The Wolves Girls and Boys Track and Field teams competed in the Wyoming High School Track Championships this past weekend at Kelly Walsh High School in Casper. They were up against 13 other 4A schools, almost all of which have significantly larger enrollments.
