    More than $60,000 was raised in Sweetwater County for the Make-A-Wish foundation. During the past two weeks, both the Green River and Rock Springs communities were busy raising as much money as it could for the cause. Amanda Santhuff, Green River High School Student Council sponsor and language arts teacher, said the totals announced Thursday night were off slightly.     Another trip equals another first-place trophy for the Green River High School Speech and Debate team. This past weekend, the team traveled to Rawlins and came away with a first-place with 187 points. Rock Springs took second with 45 points and Kelly Walsh came in third with 44 points.     A sibling fight is the reason for one woman being placed on probation. Misty R. Mares, 25, of Green River appeared in the Third District Court of Judge Richard Lavery at a change of plea and sentencing hearing aggravated assault and battery, which was reduced to a misdemeanor charge of reckless endangering.     The entryway and gym of Truman Elementary School were packed with children learning moves to a new dance. Most of the students were wearing neon blue, yellow or pink T-shirts with the word "dance" on them.     A Green River accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl pleaded innocent to several felony charges. Rhett T. Burge, 20, recently appeared in the Third District Court of Judge Nena James at an arraignment to four felony counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and two felony counts of third-degree sexual abuse of a minor.     A man accused of vehicular homicide after his friend died in a car crash pleaded not guilty to the felony charge. Tyler W. Jones, 24, of Rock Springs appeared in the Third District Court of Judge Richard Lavery at an arraignment to one count of aggravated homicide by vehicle.
