    STAFF REPORT The body of a 69-year-old fisherman who search and rescue volunteers have searched for since the beginning of the month was recently recovered. The fisherman from Riverton, Utah, Charles Darrell Thomas, was missing after an inflatable boat he and his 62-year-old girlfriend were sharing capsized on the Flaming Gorge Resevoir. The Daggett County Sheriff’s Office in Daggett County, Utah reported his body was at 5:40 p.m. using side scan sonar.     The season is quickly coming to an end for the Green River High School tennis team. While the team started their 2014 season less than a month ago, they will start the conclusion of their season this weekend at the regional tournament in Laramie. Last Saturday, Green River concluded the regular season with match ups against Cheyenne East and Cheyenne Central.     The body of a missing woman from Illinois was recovered last week, according to a press release from the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office. The body of 28-year-old Teresa Withers was found at Barrel Springs Draw Wednesday morning by members of Sweetwater County Search and Rescue. According to the release, Withers died as a result of exposure and hypothermia, with Sweetwater Coroner Dale Majhanovich commenting that evidence of any foul play was not evident at the location of Withers’ body.     Staff Report Residents opening their water bill this week may have been dismayed at the suddenly high amount they were being charged. Councilman Tom McCullough said he received “many, many complaints” from residents complaining of a $30-40 increase on their water bill. McCullough said his bill also featured the sudden increase.     Just prior to the start of the varsity races, the future stars of Green River cross country were able to shine last Friday at Stratton-Myers park.
